Delete your Pulse Hero account

Delete in the app
If you can sign in, use the in-app delete account control:
- Open Pulse Hero.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
This deletes your Pulse Hero server data and then removes the Firebase authentication account where the platform allows it. If Firebase requires a recent sign-in, sign in again and repeat the deletion flow.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Pulse Hero account:
Use the subject line "Pulse Hero Account Deletion Request" and include the email address used for your account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
What is deleted
- Account profile data linked to Pulse Hero.
- Hero, builds, inventory, currencies, quests, battles, dungeons, achievements, and game progress.
- Activity sessions, ambient activity records, workout summaries, fitness reports, and fitness insights linked to your hero.
- Friendships, team membership, trades, guild reports, and personal social records linked to your hero.
- Purchase entitlement records stored by Pulse Hero where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, chargeback, platform purchase, or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Timing
In-app deletion is normally processed immediately for active Pulse Hero data. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as practical after verification.
